Hi,

Does anyone know how I can upgrade from IE6 to IE6 sp1
without the Outlook express icon appearing in the quick
launch bar?

Gavin,

You can't, but that shouldn't stop you from doing the Service Pack install.
Simply delete it. It's just a "shortcut", and the program is unaffected by
its absence.
