Each time I open a new mail message the Clipboard is opened. Tried closing,
unticking all the options, ticking "Collect without showing". Also tried
Repair on Office. All to no avail.
Doesn't happen in Word or Excel.

I had this problem when I used vista as well. I'm not sure if it can
be solved by changing an option somewhere, but it went away when I
switched to windows 7.
