Oulook 2002: profile creation tool disabled

Hello.
In my custom Otlook 2002 installation the profile
creation tool is disabled: it is impossible to select any
radio button.
Is there a way to unlock it?

The standard outlook tool:

control panel --> mail --> show profiles --> add

The options are also disabled in Oulook itself:

Tools --> Email Accounts --> Add a new email account

I suppose my company decided to disable this feature for
security reasons.

Is there a key in the register to activate it again?

Sounds like a group policy has been invoked to prevent your making changes. You can't change that at the client end.
