Oulook 03 w/ BCM - Design Forms

I am trying to re-design an "Opportunity" form in BCM (not the first page!).
Every time I try to Publish the form it asks me to link it to an Account or
Contact (which I cannot). I want this form to be available for all Accounts
etc. Anyone know how to save and publish these revised forms so that they
are incorporated into the standard "Opportunity" form when opened?

Then try totally disabling the BCM addin, because it is probably what's trying to enforce that business rule.
