OU Size

Is there a hard and fast rule on how many users can be in an OU? I seem to
remember there is some performance degredation if it is over 5000 but I can
not seem to find any documentation to that effect.

You can't have more than 5000 users in a Security Group, unless it is the PrimaryGroupId.
I am not aware of an OU size limit.
 
Nope, no problem. I have had OU's with over 100k users in them and it works
fine. The biggest issues would be with GUI tools trying to display the OU or
poorly written query tools.
