Others copied into emails!!!

Hello to all,

I have a friend who uses Outlook 2003 at her workplace. She is having
problems with copied emails, here is the scenario as she puts it:-


"We are quite happy for the whole team to view each others calendars. We
have sorted out the reviewer, author bits - my problem is that when I invite
eg (only) Simon for a meeting - John, Sue and Louise recieve the invitation
as well. When Simon responds and accepts the meeting - and with only me in
the TO... box - no one in CC or anyone else - John, Sue and Louise get it too.

We are just at testing phase at the moment but they are very cheesed off
with me. So to sum up what I need to find out is why these 3, only these 3
are being automatically copied in on any meeting requests I make!

PS - 3 of the office are working with Outlook 2003 - which has share my
calendar options - the majority are using 2002 and a few are on 2000 - could
this be our problem?"


Any assistance would be most grateful and I will gladly mention that the
Microsoft forums were of tremendous help.

Sounds like John, Sue, and Louise have all been specified as delegates of
Simon.
