Others cannot see my computer in the network

I'm getting the following error in Event Viewer:
Event Type: Error

Event Category: None

Windows cannot obtain the domain controller name for your
computer network. Return value (59).

Description:
The IP address lease xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx for the Network Card
with network address xxxxxxxxxxx has been denied by the
DHCP server xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx(The DHCP Server sent a
DHCPNACK message).
(the x's are mine)

Can anybody help me?
