Natka, go to Start>Run type: msconfig Select the Boot.ini tab and
check SafeBoot box. Click Apply, Ok. Next time you bootup
will be in SafeMode. Reverse the procedure to get back into Normal Boot.

Here's a free utility that makes it easy.

BootSafe
http://www.superadblocker.com/bootsafe.html

Quoting from the web site.

"BootSafe - Makes rebooting in Safe Mode a Snap!
BootSafe takes the hassle out of rebooting in Safe Mode or back to Normal mode.
BootSafe is 100% free and contains no adware, spyware or malware! No more
fighting with the F8 key or MSCONFIG!"

Good luck
