Other users can schedule meetings from my calendar

Everyone here can see everyone else's calendars. We discovered that if
someone has my calendar open & requests a meeting, it looks like it's coming
from me (even though I didn't send the request). How can this be changed?

You have probably given them rights using the DELEGATES tab.
Open TOOLS, OPTIONS
Select the DELEGATES tab
Read the whole page.

" Delegates can send items on your behalf. To grant permission
to others to access your folders without also giving them
send-on-behalf-of privileges, go to the Properties dialog box
for each folder and change the options on the Permissions tab."

You probably want to remove everyone from this option and
use the properties on the Calendar folder. Just right-click on
the calendar and select properties.

I hoped that would do it (sounds logical), but I don't have anyone listed
under that tab??

What are the shared permissions on your calendar like? Are people able
to edit and add to your calendar?

I would also mention this to your Exchange Administrator.
If people are able to send invites as you, there is a problem.

Also, I would change the permissions on everyone else to
REVIEWER only.

Unfortunately we don't have an Exchange Administrator.... :-(
We're a small nonprofit, so I do what I can & we have to outsource (at a
high cost) for server issues.

To change the permissions on your calendar do the following at the
very least:

Right click your calendar and select Properties, then select the
Permissions tab.
Highlight EVERYONE and then edit the permissions people have.

You probably want something along the lines of Nonediting Author,
Contributor, or Reviewer from the drop down box.
