Other programs to clean out old drivers??

During my experience optimizing my new 9600 np 256mb, we talked about
three programs to clean out old drivers: DriverCleaner 2.6, Nasty
File Remover, and Detenator Destroyer.
In my understanding, only DriverCleaner works on XP. Is this correct?
Also, other than these, what other utilities are available that will
COMPLETELY remove old video drivers, whether they be Nvidia or ATI (or
others)?

Format C:\ Always COMPLETELY removes ALL old (and new)
drivers..........:-))
