Other people's schedules not visible in meeting request in 2007

Today I was upgraded from Office 2003 to 2007, and now when I create a
meeting request in Outlook, I am unable to see the calendars from the people
I am inviting. This worked fine when I was still in 2003. I am in the first
wave of people upgrading to 2007, and our support desk doesn't know how to
resolve this yet (there are a couple of other people having the same
problem). Since this worked fine in 2003, it seems to be a client issue. Is
there a setting I can check to get this to display properly?

Thanks.

If you are in the scheduling view, try the Options button at the bottom and
then "update Free/busy..."

Are you all on the same Exchange server?

Well, this is interesting. Today I am able to see other people's schedules
just fine. The same thing happened to a co-worker when she was updgraded to
2007. The day it was installed, she was unable to see schedules, but the
next day it was fine and has been ever since. Maybe Outlook is just so
stressed from the install that it has to recuperate overnight first? :-)

Most likely it is a replication problem/issue.
