Hi. I bought a house with my parents in law. To save money, we got one
internet source into the house, but using wireless routers. I set up my
windows mail though the internet provider (Telus). I am using one of the
three allowed email accounts with them

PROBLEM:

I set it up no problem, but now I am receiving my mother-in laws emails in
my seperate email account? Is there a way to stop this?

Do you all use the same computer?
If so, do you use different users accounts?

If you are accessing all 3 accounts on one computer, under one user, then
all messages will come into the same Inbox.
You can create rules to move them into different folders, if you want to
separate them.

Assuming that you did not set up her account on your machine, your addresses
are probably aliases for the same mailbox on the server. In this case the
first one to access the mailbox will download all of the messages in it.
