other compuers cannot access internet when I connect

when I connect my laptop to my home LAN other computers cannot access internet. The problem disappears as soon as I disconnect my laptop. I could not figure out what the cause of the problem is. Can anyone help me?
 
i had the same problem called comcast i had to pay $13.00 extra per month to have additional ips running at the same time

Give us at least a little information. How is your LAN connected to the
Internet? What if any error messages do you get?

I've seen that behavior with a computer that had the Blaster worm.
Download this removal tool on another computer and write it to a
floppy. Then disconnect your laptop from the network and run the
removal program:
