I have a user who had 40+ calendars listed in the "Other Calendars" section
of the navigation pane. These just disappeared one day. Is there a limit on
the number of calendars? Is this a profile or .ost corruption? Where are
those stored? Is there a way to restore?

thx

probably a corrupt xml file. it's at C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. We've read rumors that
there is a limit to the number of folders on the various panes but we don't
have any hard evidence of it. did they disappear after he added another one?

As the old story goes, she worked fine the day before, signed in the next
morning and they were gone... OL 2003, WinXP - SP1

She'll re-add them and try not to use so many, if I find a trend or get more
details, I'll pass them along.

Thanks!

I am having the same problem but with less calendars. I have had users lose
only one or two on their list. The kicker is you can not add them back.
When you click on open shared calendar and type in the info the calendar
opens but with no name on it and it wont show up in the list. Is there a
way to fix the corrupted xml file?

We are also having this problem. User has a handful of shared calendars
listed in the Other Calendars pane and then they just disappear. Exchange
2003, OUtlook 2003. Did anyone figure out the solution?
