Other calendar templates in MS Outlook?

Are there other calendar templates available for MS Outlook, other than the
one that starts on Monday and ends with a single block for "Sat/Sun" ?

No entry for Saturday or Sunday appears in the calendar until the day
Saturday or the day Sunday is clicked upon and opened.

It is not very convenient.

What do you mean by Calendar Templates? Are you talking about the Word
templates available through the Online Templates from Microsoft Office? Are
you talking about Outlook's native calendar display? Do you mean the
templates here: http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print?

Also, when posting a question about Outlook (or any other program), please
include the version of your program.
