[OT?] Xnews question - personalization with small bmp

I'm almost new user of Xnews.
I see a lot of users with a small image at the left corner of message area.
Wich is the procedure to do that.

They are X-Faces. There is freeware for creating them at
<http://www.xs4all.nl/~walterln/winface/>. The documentation includes
instructions for using an X-Face with Xnews.
