(OT) Trillian problems

Anyone else using Trillian having problems connecting to Yahoo?

Their website has a patch that's supposed to fix the issue, but it doesn't
seem to work for me, just wondering if it's me alone that's having
problems?

Following that first helpful link (forums) led me to the following
solution.

change the server that the Yahoo client portion of Trillian is using.
For Trillian .74(F), use this recipe:
1. Click on your "main" Trillian options button. It looks different
depending on the skin you are using. Mine is a bigger button in the
lower left.
2. Click on "Preferences ..."
3. Click on "Yahoo" under "Chatting Services"
4. Under "Server", change the "Host:" setting to "scs.msg.yahoo.com"
5. Click on "OK"
6. Right click on your Yahoo status button and choose "reconnect"

That's it!

Now you should be all fine and dandy. It worked for me instantly.
The setting change you just made is reversible by hitting the "reset"
button under the "server" box of Yahoo prefs, in case you should ever
need to switch it back.

I ended up having to switch to a different port as well, but thanks to your
assistance, I'm IN!! Woohoo! Or, rather... Yahoo!
