play, so that I can play with my brother on LAN? Versus one on one is

Serious Sam, First and Second Encounter.

They're both cheap, tons of fun, good graphics and both have Co-op. SS:
TSE sells for $9.99

Unreal 2004 allows you to play in team deathmatch or aasault as a team. The
invasion mode against the aliens is great.

Oh, yea. I completely forgot SS had Coop. I downloaded the warez
version of SS from Kazaa (long while ago; I would install Kazaa
again... but way too much ****ing adware/spyware).

Thanks GMAN for your input, but since we're on a budget and my brother
has a crap comp. I'm gonna have to go with SS.

The comp.sys.ibm.pc.game.action? I can't find it...

Anyway, thanks for reminding me Inglo. Well, see ya, off to ebgames.

PC Halo definitely doesn't have a co-op mode. In my experience, there are
few PC FPS games that do. The games that have already mentioned in this
thread are your best bets.

Rainbow 6: Raven Shield allows for coop play through the missions. You
could head one team, and your brother the second team.
