You can sign up at the following link to test Symantec's 2007 line of
products. Vista is expected to be supported as it is listed as one of the
operating systems to test on.

I wonder if they are as shit as the NIS crap you have been pushing for XP.

Why any fool would pay for the stuff you sell, when much better is
available, is beyond me.

Too Funny;
But Hey,
Ya gotta keep busy!!!! LOL anyway thanks for the link , I applied for
ghost too!!!

Jeff

I read in the latest issue of MaximumPC mag that a backup feature that can
create a drive image, very much like Ghost, will be build into Vista as
standard. Does anyone know if that's true?

Ahh... yeh kinda. It's gonna be a "technology" feature as such, which
enables you to create ghosted/staged images of Vista when it's installed, so
that you can roll it out to other computers on a network. Imagine a school
network -25 computers all identical, it'll be a right pain in the arse to
install Vista on it 25 times and all the other settings, so yeh it'll be a
case of staging an installation and running it from boot.

because it´s a absolutely critical feture for the average home user / gamer,
who does re-install WinXP twice a month due to virus infection, accidential
damage to the operating system directory, installing bad beta drivers....

Thank god, it was about time for this feature... *g*.

The average home user/gamer re-installs XP twice a month due to
infection and "accidental damage"?
Where did you get that data from? Please supply the link (URL).
Thanks.

I don't know about the "average" home user, but I have to reload
Windows XP more often than I have sex (XP is VERY reliable!)

So, your sex life is little or nothing then Tom? :oP
