Any1 know which is better? (I have XP home).

Neither is freeware. StyleXP has a time-limited "free" download and
WindowBlinds offers a non-registered version with a considerably
reduced feature-set.

It's some time since I tried either. Both, it seemed to me, caused
some instability and WindowBlinds was a real resource hog. They may
be better now.

Pure eye-candy with no practical benefit, but that's just the Puritan
in me talking.

Search for the uxtheme.dll patch for xp, and get rid of style xp... now you
can use your unsigned themes without it ;)

XP SP1:

i second that suggestion, if you need the XP SP2 uxtheme.dll patch
then you'll find it at neowin.

Also, if you want payware anyway, then get TuneUp utilities 2004 which
will have manage the look of your computer but also far more practical
tuneups.
