[OT] start the TaskManager at startup

Well, I know it's out of topic, but if anyone knows he is probably here!
Everytime I start I launch the taskmanager and miniaturize it.
I woul like this to happend automativally.
However I can't find the task manager application :( so I can't put it in my
startup menu!
Any tip?
