OT - SpywareBlaster and AVG updates

SpywareBlaster has released a new program version today, v2.6.1. Three
new definitions files are now available. The new program version is
required for updates. New version seems to load much faster when running
the .exe to check for and download updates.

AVG just released a new definitions file as well. The usual 1400+k, no
reboot.
