Shouldn't an DVD be spelt Disc as opposed to Disk? I always though optical
discs used a C and magnetic disks used a K.
Minor I know... but still it's an error (I think).

Shouldn't the word be "spelled" instead of "spelt"? Seriously, you have too
much time on your hands. Go teach someone to read or volunteer at your
local hospital instead.

EOT for me.

It's "a DVD", not "an DVD".

While "spelt" is correct on some continents, it's not on others. And
"thought" isn't spelled with the final "t" missing anywhere.

Actually Malke American English prefers 'Spelled'; however, for those of us
who speak the Queen's English (British English) both irregular 'Spelt' and
regular 'Spelled' are correct.

And in reply to Marc's original question, Yes it should be DVD disc, not DVD
disk.

Good God! Do you mean the chaps behind this software are Johnny
foreigners? The same ones who spilt the sacks of tea into the harbour?
Well, that is it. I'm not using Vista any more!

While reading posts from Nonny Is OK in mental institutions, reading posts
from Nonny is not OK in the real world.

There should be no "an" in front of DVD; just "a" DVD!
Practice what you preach!
