[OT] smallest mobile with camera? (instead of pen cam)

I want to get something like a pen cam ("spy pen") to record business
meetings secretly.

Are there any very small cell phones with camera which might be nearly as
small as these?

SPEC:
On better models AVI is not bad at 640x480 pixels (25 fps).
Battery life over 1 hour but takes hours to recharge.
Audio is only fair and camera not great in low light.
 
How small?? Like a wristwatch with inbuilt GSM phone. 1.3" touch screen and
VGA camera?
Such animals exist
