OT: REQ: How can I convert MP4 Video to another format

I would like to convert a MP4 file I have to MPG, AVI or DIvX. Any
suggestions, web or proper group pointers?

I know a good one. Do a google web search.
Go to www.google.com and type in "mp4 converter" in the search box. =)
