Hmmm. So then I will need to buy two $500 cards.

Hmmm. So then I will need to buy two $500 cards.

Not gonna happen anytime soon. The PCI Express motherboards that are
expected out this year will have one 16x slot. If they were all 16x it
might actually be interesting but as things stand it's not bringing
anything to the table except incompatibility.

If you want that 10% increase in speed 2 cards are the way to go
