[OT] Opera 7.22

For those who use Opera, 7.22 released (for windows).

With Java:

There was a link on the Opera site but it wasn't the final release. That
version has since been withdrawn and a final release is expected in a
few more days.

The main reason Opera 7.22 is coming out may be from the possibly serious
Java code error(s) that is fixed in Java RE2 1.4.2 from www.java.com .

As of 2 minutes ago, Opera 7.22 is not availible via Opera site.

It was showimg on the Opera site, but apparently they pulled it for some
reason. This is a GREAT browser. If it had a few more features that I enjoy
in Internet Explorer it would no doubt be my default browser. They're
getting there though!

If you want to give Opera a try even though it is initially adware not
freeware, please download Opera 7.21 without Java. Then download Java 2
from Sun directly. www.java.com

Of course, I am compelled to inform you for honesty sakes that Firebird 0
dot 7 appears just as fast as Opera 6 and may or may not be faster than
Opera 7. The downside is Opera will handle net pages Firebird can not at
this time.

"Initially adware"? Just straightforward adware/payware, I'd say.
