Pro:

Little or no spam
No ads or popups
Plain and simple

Con:

Moronic interface (new pages are virtually invisible, so you think you have
no new mail when you have, and the oldest page comes up first so you have to
work back to the most recent page with new mail).

My first account was deleted without notice and for no reason (on the day I
created it), although I haven't had problems with the second.

They seem pretty good but I wonder how they make any money? (They have no
privacy policy that I could see so maybe they collect and sell email
addresses?)

From their user agreement:
2. Confidentiality of Information. The Administration of <MAIL15.COM>
guarantees confidentiality of information given by a user at the
moment of registration. The Administration makes an obligation not to
read or change the contents of a user's mailbox and not to give access
to users' mailboxes to other persons in any situation, except for
cases specified by law. The user understands and accepts that
<MAIL15.COM> is responsible only for the servers of <MAIL15.COM>. The
Administration bears no responsibility for the security and
confidentiality of users' information on the Internet outside the
servers of <MAIL15.COM>. The Administration is obliged to work on
technical solutions to protect users' information outside the servers
of <MAIL15.COM> and to implement these solutions on the servers of
<MAIL15.COM>.

Not exactly a ringing privacy endorsement.

So they're spammers.

No, but do you want to reward spammers for spamming?

i have an account there for about six months, and never recieved spam mail, so i
don't think they sell your address to spammers.

Not *your* address obviously - they wouldn't be that dumb - but the
addresses of everyone you email or who emails you on mail15.com.

e-mails to test the mail15 service. i really hope that my test account will stay
clean
