There used to be a couple but I do not recall what they were called
but do remember Net Objects Fusion acquired the only one that had
any juice and then squeezed the sh!t out of it like everything else they
have touched.
I'm a Visual Studio.NET guy these days but still rely on HomeSite
nearly daily. It can be acquired from Macromedia these days. The original
developer Nick Bradbury still sells TopStyle a CSS IDE and it may be a
long shot in saying so but I think he was also the developer who created
the JavaScript IDE acquired by NetObjects. His work is outstanding and
the HomeSite editor can also be used as a JavaScript IDE.
