OT: How to Remove Corsair VS from Plastic??

I just open my budget components including an Asus P4P800S-X, it's the
smallest full ATX board I have seen. I also got a Corsair Value Select
module.

Now, I am an experienced PC builder, but this one baffles me. The
plastic container has more room on the contact side, so it appears
that they want you to remove it from there. I thought it was a no-no, that
it should be handled for the top and sides.

I guess the bottom edge is ok, but how to avoid touching the contacts? I
tried getting to the corners or the middle, but I won't be able to get a
grip, unless the contacts are touched.

Am I missing something here?

Thanks,
QZ

I know what you mean. I ran into exactly the same problem one hour ago. I
used my fingernail under a top corner of the stick (I didn't want to go
anywhere near the contacts on the bottom edge of the stick).

The other poor thing about the packaging is that they don't include the RAM
speed on the packaging (I suppose it's so they can use the same packaging on
all RAM speeds).

Once you get one edge up, does the entire module come loose?
Regardless, it seems too tight, but I will have to try your way to remove
the module.
It seems to me that they should have left the space *above* the module.
Maybe it is now ok to handle memory from the contacts?
AFAIK, Corsair has no info. on this.

I had some time, so I tried to remove it, but the module is too far down in
the plastic. :0(
I tried to gently pop the module out, but it barely moves. I don't want to
use any sort of force.
