This is OT because its a service not a program.

A: Surf to http://www.spamgourmet.com read the instructions, make an account
and you'll have unlimited ad hoc e-mail addresses with the format
spammer.#[email protected]

spammer is the name you give the sender (can be anything)
# is the number of mails you want to get from them (make it more than 1 for
serious stuff, you might need to have your confirmation/password etc
remailed)
yournick is obviously the nick you registered with spamgourmet

Spamgourmet has made a big difference in the quality of my inbox.

Here are my current stats, since starting my SG account this year:
"Your message stats: 2,918 forwarded, 2,424 eaten. You have 144
disposable address(es)."

Anytime I send in a rebate, give an email to a vendor, join a mailing
list, etc, I give them the unique prefix with a default of three
deliverable emails. As they come in, I decide to up their limit, cut
them off, or give that particular sending addy/domain a whitelist.
