OT: extracting graphics from screen savers

Some screen savers are beautiful. So I am tempted to extract some
individual graphics from screen savers to make wall papers. Is there
anyway or any software to extract graphics from screensavers? satoshi
 
Press the Printscreen key on the keyboard while the
screensaver is running, then try and
see if it works byu pasting the pic into
Word or something then save it
