Wish I could translate the page to read their remarks.
I translated the review for you. Before reading any further, I want to
submit this statement (sorry for the yelling, but it *has* to be in
capitals). Any typos, grammar or other errors ary your at no extra costs.
FIRST: I'M DUTCH NOT BELGIAN. - Normally I wouldn't mind, but then this is
the day that pigs //do// fly.
SECOND: THE TEXT HEREUNDER IS A (AS GOOD AS POSSIBLE) TRANSLATION OF A

Babya Photo Workshop Professional 3.0.0 <Freeware>
Download BabyaPhotoWorkshop3.exe (593 KB)
A free Photoshop alternative.
This compact application gives photo editors access to a wide umber of tools
to manipulate images. Surprisingly, Photo Workshop isa mere 500 KB in size,
and does not cost any money. It is not as good as a professional
application, like photoshop, but still offers more functions then you would
expect.
Photo Workshop is sober. ar the righthand side, you have access to all kinds
of draw functions through collapsible and clear menus.. A filter browser
gives a quick preview of certain effects, while the Babya Effects-module
offers even more filters. This module is a stand alone application, by the
way.
Less praktical is the way it handles larger pictures. There is no qwuick way
to zoom in or out on an image. Adjusting the size does not always give the
right result. Photo Workshoep //does// offer some handy tools to create
frames and to transform images to buttons.
Windows 98/Me/2000/XP
Given the fact that Photo Workshop is aviable for free, it is certainly very
interesting to those who quickly want to adjust some images.
