OT computer, operating system, or networking questions

I don't want anyone here to answer these questions but would appreciate
your opinion on a good place to start asking questions not programming
related.

Questions like:
- questions on using VNC among pcs on a private wireless network
- problems using wireless IP camera with 2 way audio over the internet.
- recommendations on web servers
- help setting up 3ware raid controllers
- help reviving old hard drives

I'm tired of searching all over the web and finding only other folks
asking the same questions. I would like a forum that could help with
some of these issues. Not a forum for dummies like for the guy who
can't set up a wireless router, but a site for folks that can talk
half/full duplex, know about wireless and cable upload speeds, voip and
understand raid5.

So I turn to my programming experts to tell me where they go for help in
these areas. Thanks.

For ITPro, other than programming issues, have you tried to find if there
is any appropriate forums for these questions in Microsoft TechNet?

Actually these forums only target at issues involved Microsoft platform. If
you are using third party hardware, you may properly go through the third
part support entrance.
