OT But need to know how to stop Windows Media Player From Loading onStartup

I need to know how to stop Windows Media Player From Loading on
Startup to the Desktop.
I am used to Win98SE but I was gven this DELL with Windows ME on it but
want to stop Windows Media Player from Popping up its Box on the Desktop
when I startup. I can just "X" it off but thats an annoyance.
Is there a Windows ME Group out there ???
