Hi guys,

I have set up one of my machines as a server on my home network and I am
hoping to back up information from my machine on a daily basis.

I would like to be able to FTP the contents of given directories to the
server on a daily basis. I would like the program to be able to do this
without my prompting it daily. Further, I would like to be able to select a
group of directories that will be uploaded to the server (such that any
modifications would automatically be ammended at server side).

Are there any programs out there that can do that??

WSFTP Pro should be able to do it using their scheduled synchronize but so
should the standard "at" command in combination with a standard copy -- no
benefit to FTP in this sort of application that I can see.
