OT/2 mp3 to mp3pro

Good morning,

I marked this OT divided by 2 because it's half and half.

I am looking for a program that will convert MP3's to MP3Pro's.

Of course I would like freeware if it's around, but you folks always
seem to know the best of everything and if you have a good suggestion,
I don't mind paying for a program that works. (That's the off-topic
half).

Any ideas?.... of course freeware first
