Windows XP OST2PST Convertion

I am trying to convert OST file to PST file using PWDService software but at the end of export process it pops up with error as "Internal error (code=0000000E)".
Kindly assist me how to get rid of this error and able to successfully convert the file to pst. Because it is very very important file containing most crucial business emails in it. Your help is highly appreciated in advance.

To be honest it could be anything and very difficult to trackdown - the only thing I can suggest is to uninstall and re-install the program and try again.
