OS rebooting constantly

My XP OS reboots constantly without me rebooting it manualy. Is this a software issue or Virus? I have ran virus scan and have found nothing. Can somebody HELP.....?
 
Any msg? does it occur at a specific point? Any error logs? Also occurs in
safemode?

Uncheck auto restart in System Properties / Advanced / Settings / Startup
and Recovery. This will allow you to manually reboot your computer and to
record the stop error message. Repost with message for more assistance. Jym
