OS Corrupt

I have Windows 2000 Server running, but last week I got
viruses on the server. So, Can any body please tell me
what to do. Here is what it shows on my server:

1. The application shortcuts on desktop are not working.

2. I can access to Program Files folder it has an error
message saying that "Mircrosoft Internet Explorer: Your
current security prohibit running ActiveX controls on
this page. As a result, the page may not display
correctly." then I click ok, but there was nothing, but
there were 21 objects show on the status bar.

3. I can't Add/Remove program when I am in Add/Remove
program which is under Control panel. It showed that I
have not program installed on my server.

Which viruses? What did you do to remove them? Check your antivirus logs
if necessary.

What's the error message? What happens? What shortcuts?

You get this message when you open the Program Files folder? Have you
scanned for viruses using an antivirus program with the latest updates for
this week installed? www.grisoft.com is free antivirus.

Which programs are missing? All of them? Do you get any error message?
