I do not want my original messages to be indented, but they are when I reply to HTML messages using OL2002. This only happens to replys and not to forwarded messages. I have selected "Include Original Message Text" in Email Options for both forwarding and replying to a message. Any help would be welcome. TIA Aspen1

Outlook & Outlook Express are famously poor at formatting messages.
RFC-ignorant doesn't begin to describe it.

See if this helps:

Carl, Thanks for the link, but i dont think the link
applies to my problem. Clarification: the unwanted
indents only occur in HTML replys, not HTML forwards, not
RTF replys/forwards, not TEXT replys/forwards. I have
INDENT as well as PREFIX EACH LINE turned off for both
replys and forwards. Word wrapping is not a problem; just
the damm stupid looking indent on HTML replys. Thanks,
Aspen1
