You cannot control the color of folder names in the Navigation pane, if that's
what you're asking. If you mean you want to create a view that spans multiple
mail folders, create new view and then select that view for any folder you
want to use it.

Thanks Brian. What i mean is in outlook i can set a certain email address
to always come through as 'red'. This rule works when i look in any inbox.
But if a collegue goes into the inbox they do not see that email in red as it
is 'my rule'. Is there a way that these colour coding rules can be shared
across a department. So not having personal rules, but have group rules?
