Organizing Navigation

I want change the order of the pages in the navigation pane. I drag the page
I want to move, but no changes show. I grab a page and the shortcut symbol
shows, but I can not drop it to reorder the pages.

When you drag and release the page that you wish to move in the Navigation
Page, , do you right click a blank area on the Navigation Page and select
"Apply Changes??

You cannot drop the same page into the navigation view twice.
When you move a page in the Navigation View, change to some other view
so the change can be saved. If there are no visible changes in your
pages, the run Tools->Recalculate Hyperlinks

Not necessary. When you change to another view, the changes will be
saved automatically.
