Anyone know of a good organizer or task manager. I need something to
organize daily tasks so I can see what needs to be done and then check it
off as it is finished. Thanks!

I'm fond of TreePad Lite. Don't know how I got along without it!

Treepad Lite and Treepad Asia (liteware) (free for non-commercial use)
OS: Win9x/NT/ME/2000/XP, Linux version available
(English)
TreePad Lite (freeware) and TreePad Asia (freeware) are personal
database programs. They allow you to store all your notes, emails,
texts, hyperlinks, etc. into one or multiple databases. With the look
and feel of the familiar Windows explorer, editing, storing, browsing,
searching and retrieving your data can not be easier! TreePad can be
run directly from a floppy, if necessary, including data. To find any
article you previously created or imported, you can browse the tree,
in the same way as you browse directories/folders in the Windows
explorer. You can also use the internal search engine.

Whenever I have Notesbrowser active (in the clock-tray) I get Parameter
Errors with Zipgenius and Spybot-13. I have to exit Notesbrowser before
running these two.
Nice program tho...

Start by checking the organizers in pricelessware. There are many
different possibilities depending upon what you seek. You might take
a look at WireNote (www.wiredplane.com) and DONE2000
(www.done2000.com) for completely different takes on this problem.
WireNotes takes a pretty simple approach: basically a multilevel todo
list (title, note, and alarm) with support for links (files and URLs).
Each item (task) is also a sticky (postit) note. Familiar and
simple.

Coincidentally, I ran across DONE2000 today. I was going to post it
separately, but here will do. The easiest way to understand it is to
look at the screenshot. It is a cross between a simple project
management program and good pocket planner. (Actually it appears to be
the first cut at what was intended to be project management software.)

If you want a more complete project management approach, check the acf
google archive for a recent thread on project managers. I believe
there have also been some suggestions for a combined desktop vaguely
similar to Outlook in Office.

If you want more specific suggestions, you will have to provide more
specific requirements.

Good luck,
BillR

Hello.

Please, could you send a screenshot of the error message to
(e-mail address removed)?
I tested ZipGenius 5.2.5.425 with Notesbrowser running but no error
occured (under Windows XP Pro SP1).
