organize saved .msg-files

Hello everyone,

I save the EMails I got with outlook in a folder as a .msg-file.
Does anyone know a tool with which I can open that folder and which
then shows me all the .msg-files with the sent-date, the sender, the
receiver,...?

If I save the EMail I don't have the possibility anymore to see this
overview like in the main outlook-window.

Save them in a pst-file and view them in Outlook?

Sorry, that would be a possibility, but anhappily that's forbidden.
Aditionaly other people need to have acess to that email too. I think
that doesn't work with a .pst-file.

So, any other ideas?
 
Then you must store them on the Exchange server in either a mailbox or a
public folder.
