Organize Programs listed in start menu

How can I organize the programs listed in the start menu?

(Start -> All Programs)

Specifically, I think I would like the programs to be arranged alphabetically.

I have added several on my own and the current arrangement is in order of
installation.

Start -> All Programs -> right-click on the list and select 'sort by name'.
