Organize Categories

If it's Outlook <=2003, and if you're using the same version on every
computer, you can simply export the list from the registry and import the
*.reg file on the other computers. Details:

If it's Outlook 07 on every computer, there's no way to copy the list
itself. But you could copy all the PST file, which contains the master
category list.
