Organizational charts loosing information

I've been having problems creating org charts. I'm currently using PP 2007.
When I create an org chart in powerpoint and then save and close the object
the information or some information disappears when I try to reopen the
object. I save the org chart periodically but that doesn't always work
either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

How are you creating and inserting the Org Chart, and what information
disappears -- can you give us a specific example?
