organization table

I am in a downward spiral loop. Office 2000 Word says that I don't have the organization table (ot) loaded. Go, I go load it. Then back to Word to have it tell me that it's not loaded.

Have done this so many times, I am looking for someone who works at Microsoft so I can poke them in the eye.

Can anyone make me smarter than the screen prompts that MS is providing me so that I can load and use the feature that I am thinking should be there.

Greetings --

Insert the Office 2K CD. When the Autorun menu appears, select
the Add/Remove features option. Under Microsoft tools, make sure that
there is a check mark in front of Organization Chart, and continue.
