Organization charts

I have a chart that was created in 2000 & worked fine in 2002, but now I have
upgraded to 2003 & Powerpoint treats it like an image and not a chart so I am
unable to make any amendments to it. New charts are fine.

What do I need to do for the old chart to act like a chart?
 
The org chart format in 2000 is totally different but they usually open as
charts with an altered format if theres a problem. Are you up to date with
service packs? (ie SP2)
